Frequently Asked Questions

  • Each event is designed to feel natural, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable… not forced or awkward.

You’ll arrive, get settled into the space, and we’ll begin with a short guided grounding or connection exercise to help everyone land and feel more at ease. From there, the experience flows into a mix of activities depending on the event… this could be paddleboarding, games, hiking, or social-style rotations.

There’s always a balance between structured moments (to help spark connection) and open space (to let conversations unfold naturally).

  • While each experience is a little different, most follow a general rhythm:

    • Arrival and welcome
    • Light grounding or guided connection practice
    • Main activity or shared experience
    • Opportunities to connect and mingle throughout
    • Optional matching or reflection at the end

You’re never put on the spot or forced into anything uncomfortable. The structure is there to support you… not restrict you.

  • We recommend:
    • Comfortable and weather-appropriate clothing
    • Something you feel confident and at ease in
    • Footwear suited to the activity (running shoes, sandals, etc.)

If it’s an active event like paddleboarding or beach games, dress for movement. If it’s more social, think casual and put-together.

Most importantly… wear something that feels like you.

  • Not at all.

Whether it’s paddleboarding, games, or outdoor activities, everything is beginner-friendly and guided. The focus is not on performance… it’s on connection, presence, and enjoying the experience.

  • That’s completely normal… and you won’t be the only one.

Most people come on their own, and the way the experience is designed naturally helps ease those initial nerves. The opening grounding and guided elements help settle your system so you can show up more as yourself.

  • At the end of the event, you’ll have the option to indicate who you felt a connection with.

If there’s mutual interest, you’ll both be notified after the event.

    Simple, respectful, and pressure-free.

  • Not necessarily.

Some people come looking for a relationship, others are open to seeing what unfolds. What matters most is a willingness to connect, be present, and engage with others authentically.

  • These events aren’t just about dating… they’re about connection.

By weaving in movement, nature, and small moments of awareness, you’re able to meet people in a more grounded, real way… rather than through surface-level conversation alone.

  • We plan with the seasons in mind and will communicate any changes if needed.

Some experiences can shift locations or adapt, while others may be rescheduled. You’ll always be kept in the loop. Check your email spam folder if you haven’t been receiving any emails!
